I called Mr. Ledford at around noon on a Friday and they had diagnosed, removed and installed our new pump by 7:00 that evening. We couldn’t be happier with their responsiveness, professionalism and quality work. I’m also very pleased with the high-quality Grundfos pump they installed for us. Having been in the pool maintenance and repair business myself for 7 years I know the value of having a factory authorized pump installation. It means you get the full factory warranty and peace of mind that if something goes wrong they will back it up promptly. I didn’t request a premium pump, that’s just regular business for Mr. Ledford and what he does for all of his customers.

If you go with anyone else they will rip you off. Derrick was great-came when he said he would, did what he needed and fast. We now have a well shared between two houses and works beautifully.

I don’t know anything about well filtration systems, but Derrick seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We were very grateful he was able to come out the same day AND completely fix the whole thing that same day, working until about 8pm! He did a great job.
